Joe Rocket Canada Warranty information


All Joe Rocket gear is covered for a one (1) year period from the date of purchase to the Original Retail Purchaser. Warranty covers factory defects such as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Items returned to Joe Rocket for Warranty Consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt and when possible, the item should be cleaned before returning unless cleaning would further compromise the defect or damage the product (such as damaging waterproofing). Joe Rocket will REPAIR zippers, snaps and most seam failures. Items will only be replaced if it cannot be repaired.
Freight to the Joe Rocket warranty location will be the product owners responsibility, return freight will be covered by Joe Rocket.
Items typically NOT covered by warranty are failures or damage due to crashing, contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes, cuts by sharp objects and fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods. If there is a question of whether the item is covered, please be certain to contact a warranty representative or customer service BEFORE sending the product in for review.


Joe Rocket Canada will only honour claims for goods purchased within Canada. Claims for goods purchased outside of Canada should be resolved in that respective country.

Helmet Warranty

All Joe Rocket Canada helmets include a one(1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is against all defects that are from the manufacturing process. For the warranty to be valid you must have the proof of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Modification of any kind to the helmet will void all warranties. This includes drilling, carving, painting, installation of any external materials. The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear that occurs day to day. Scratches, scuffs, chips on the finished surface will occur if in contact with any other objects or surfaces. These are not covered by warranty. Should a warranty claim arise return the product to your dealer with proof of purchase. It will then be forwarded to the distributor for evaluation. The product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the distributor at no additional cost to the purchaser.
