Warranty Information

All Joe Rocket gear is covered for a One (1) year period from the date of purchase to the Original Retail Purchaser. Warranty covers factory defects such as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Items returned to Joe Rocket for Warranty Consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt and when possible, the item should be cleaned before returning unless cleaning would further compromise the defect or damage the product (such as damaging waterproofing). Joe Rocket will REPAIR zippers, snaps and most seam failures. Items will only be replaced if it cannot be repaired. Freight to the Joe Rocket warranty location will be the product owners responsibility, return freight will be covered by Joe Rocket. Items typically NOT covered by warranty are failures or damage due to crashing, contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes, cuts by sharp objects and fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods. If there is a question of whether the item is covered, please be certain to contact a warranty representative or customer service BEFORE sending the product in for review.

Joe Rocket Canada will only honour claims for goods purchased within Canada. Claims for goods purchased outside of Canada should be resolved in that respective country.
